Meet Our Staff

Suzanne Hatch - Stylist Since 1981, Owner Since 1988. Trained at The Advanced Beauty in Tucson, AZ . She became a member of the NCA and was on The Arizona Design Team and trained stylist statewide on the latest trend. She moved to the Cape in 1986, worked at SHAMPOO in South Dennis before opening New Image Hair in 1988. She is passionate about education for herself as well as her staff. She has done celebrities from The Cape Playhouse, and been involved in many community events over the past 21 years. Suzanne is certified in The Bio Ionic Hair Straightening system.
Dawn Darling - Stylist Since 1990. Dawn joined New Image in 1992 after working at SHAMPOO in South Dennis, with Suzanne. She is exceptionally talented in the area of persuasion haircutting , perming and cap hi lighting. She has attended many education seminars including The International Beauty Expo in New York City. Her hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 to 2, Friday 9 to 7 and Saturday 9 to 4. Dawn has a very well established clientèle so you will need to call ahead to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.
Emily Chapman - Employee since 1999, Stylist since 2003. Emily started as a receptionist and found her natural talent, hairdressing. She has taken many classes in Goldwell Haircolor, cutting, styling, special event looks and product knowledge. She is certified in Cinderella Hair Extensions. Her work is her best advertising, just ask her clients!
Lindsay Marceau - Stylist Since 2005. She does great haircuts and finish work. Her styles for your special events stay great and look amazing. She has attended many classes in the salon, as well as the Goldwell Education Center in Holliston MA. Including Color Primary, Color Secondary, Color Fix, Dimensional Color, Color Collections REDS, and Trend Zoom '07, '08, '09, also KMS Up styling to keep up to date with the latest styles in hair coloring and cutting. Attended the IBS International Hair Show in New York in 2008. She is also certified in Cinderella Hair Extensions. Lindsay's hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9 to 3, Friday 11 to 7, and Saturday 9 to 4.
Diane Dolan - Stylist Since 1980. Diane joined New Image in 2004. She has been a stylist for over 25 years. She is exceptionally talented in the area of precision haircutting perming and cap hi lighting. She has attended many educational seminars in her career. Her hours are Fridays from 3:30 to 7. She has additional hours in the summer.
Kara Hoffman - Stylist Since 2007. She has attended many classes in the salon, as well as the Goldwell Education Center in Holliston MA, including Color Primary, Color Secondary, Color Fix, Dimensional Color Placement, and Trend Zoom '08, '09, also KMS Upstyling to keep up to date with the latest styles in hair coloring and cutting. Her work is outstanding in all areas especially dimensional color, haircutting and styling. She is available in the salon Tuesdays to 3, Wednesdays and Thursdays 11 to 7, Fridays 9 to 3 and Saturdays 9 to 4.
Catie Driscoll - Stylist Since 2009. Catie joined New Image in 2004 when she interned at the salon for nearly a year. She graduated from D-Y High school and got her degree from the University of New Hampshire before her training at Blaine Hair School. Catie is passionate about education and recently attended KMS Styling and Cutting Profiles, Goldwell Color Primary, and Color Secondary, and Dimensional Color Placement classes at the Goldwell Education Center in Holliston, MA. Call for an appointment with Catie on Thursdays 11-7 and Saturdays 9-4.
Sienna Bryden - Receptionist Since 2009. Sienna is available at the salon on Saturday's to help with all your appointment scheduling needs. She is also attending Cape Cod Technical High school.
Amanda Moreschi - Receptionist Since 2009 - Amanda just recently joined New Image. She has worked with Bobby Brown Cosmetics for several years and has also worked in the salon/spa industry.
