POLICIES
Late Arrival Policy
As a courtesy to other clients, all services must conclude at their scheduled finishing time. If you arrive late for your appointment, it is likely we will not be able to extend your appointment beyond the time you have chosen to schedule with us.
Cancellation Policy
We take great care to provide all our clients with superior service and our popular demand reflects that. We ask our clients to give us at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. As is standard in the industry, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
